Key Holding - For emergency call outs, inspections and cleaning services

Cleaning & Maid Services - Daily, Weekly, Monthly...When ever you require. We can do a mid-rental clean and change the bed linen and towels.

Welcome Packs - A grocery pack delivered to your property on the day of your or your guests arrival. Our welcome packs can be made up to suit individual needs or you can just order one of our pre-prepared packs.

Laundry - All bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mats washed, dried and ironed.

Changeovers - Your property professionally cleaned, bedding and towels changed and laundered ready for your next client.

Property Maintenance - Complete service for the Interior and Exterior of your property.

Garden and Pool Maintenance - Ensuring your time outside is enjoyed. This is Spain afterall!

Furniture Removals & Storage - Complete professional service from moving complete house contents to small items, fully insured, active, prompt and reliable service. Storage facilities are also available. Very competitive rates.

Furniture Design & Supply - We can fully furnish your property. We can also supply all linen, towels, kitchen equipment, electrical equipment - Every thing you need to make you home in Spain complete!

Vacant Property Inspections - Security checks, appliance checks, water and electricity too. Plant watering, mail boxes emptied. Complete peace of mind in your absence.

Mail Forwarding - Your utility bills and important mail forwarded to an alternative address. This service has been invaluable to some of our clients who have had previously experienced problems with services and arrived to a pile of letters, final demands and their electricity turned off!

PREMIER Property management

Annual Property Management Contracts are available to all Tailor Maid Solutions clients.  This means we provide more than peace of mind, but a complete service.  We understand that our clients are as individual as the properties they own.  We therefore offer a “Tailor Maid” service bespoke to suit each of our clients requirements.  

Please note that we can offer each of these services & solutions individually.

Our Annual Property Management contract includes the following:     

• An Initial consultation with the client *     
• Key Holding     
• 4 call outs per annum (if necessary)
• 10% discount off hourly cleaning rates

*The price of annual property management contracts will be discussed with each client on the initial consultation.                                           

Initial Consultation 

Tailor Maid Solutions Management team will visit your property, take a complete inventory and assessment of the property, advise (if necessary) on furniture, fittings and required equipment for rental clients.  We discuss how we should tailor make our solutions to suit you, answer any questions you may have and give you the assurance that you are dealing with a professional, caring company.

Key Holding
Our clients keys are held in a secure key safe and made available at the owners request.  We do not allow our staff to take the keys home! All keys are signed out and after each clean or property check the keys are signed back in to the safe. 

Property Checks
This service can include the following: Attendance by management only. Checking appliances are in working order, watering plants, doors and windows checked, property checked for damp, water leaks and insect infestation.  Taps can be run and toilets flushed to ensure tanks are freshened and the water is not left stagnant.  Your property check report can be sent to you by fax or by email.   All properties are given a report book updated each time we visit.  
 
Property Management Report
Following a property check  by Tailor Maid Solutions Management:

If there is any maintenance that is required you will be advised on this report.  You can be confident that your property is in safe hands.  If any damage is recognised you will be emailed or posted photographs that we will take with a digital camera. 

Call Out Service 
This solution is perfect if you anticipate any deliveries.  Or if your property requires maintenance or repairs or if there is an emergency.  We include 2 annual call outs if required, this includes our attendance for 1 hour, subsequent hours will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.

10% Discount Off Our Standard Cleaning Rates
Each client is unique to Tailor Maid, whatever the size of your property we always maintain the highest standards of work.  We know that each property, due to varying sizes require different amounts of cleaning time.  The required time will be discussed at the initial consultation.  With our annual property management contract you will receive a 10% discount throughout the year off our standard hourly cleaning rates. 

Tailor Maid Solutions annual property management contract prices will be discussed with each client.  Our prices are set in accordance with the property size and are unique to each clients requirement.
